Desert Pearl Necklace, Navajo Style Oxidized Sterling Silver Beads, Genuine .925, 3mm to 8mm, 14 to 26 Inch Western Jewelry
Desert pearl necklace, hand-strung in McKinney, Texas with genuine .925 oxidized sterling silver beads. Choose your bead size and length below.
WHICH BEAD SIZE?
• 3mm — dainty and minimal. Layers well with other chains. Everyday wear.
• 4mm — our most popular. Visible on its own, still light.
• 5mm — classic western weight. The look most people picture.
• 6mm — bold statement piece. Substantial on the neck.
• 8mm — heaviest. Strong presence, popular for men's lengths.
WHICH LENGTH?
• 14" – 16" — sits at the collar, choker style
• 18" — the most-ordered length, sits just below the collarbone
• 20" – 22" — mid-chest, layers beautifully over a 16"
• 24" – 26" — long, and our usual recommendation for men
Add the optional 2" sterling extender to any length. We recommend it — it turns one necklace into two lengths and makes fit adjustable.
ABOUT THESE BEADS
Round silver beads like these are known in the trade as desert pearls or bench beads: two domed halves of sterling joined, then filed, finished and drilled. Ours are sterling silver machine-made beads from a reputable vendor, hand-strung and finished by us in North Texas. They are not indigenous hand-made pieces, and we do not represent them as Native American made.
