Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sol & Sage Jewelry. We carefully package each order to help ensure it arrives safely.

Order processing

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within [3–5 business days] after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, or hand-strung pieces may require additional preparation time. Any extended processing timeline will be stated in the product listing or communicated to you before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

We ship from McKinney, Texas, United States using [USPS / UPS Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, address issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is included with your shipping method, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you need to update an address, contact us immediately at solandsage@icloud.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at solandsage@icloud.com within [7–14 days] of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

We will work with you and the carrier to review the shipment and, when appropriate, submit a claim. Claims are evaluated based on carrier tracking and available documentation. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs for damage claims.
